    I always get poor service. They rarely get my order right, and the food is usually not fresh. At this point, I have to be really hungry to stop there.

    I used to work at one in Lubbock, Texas, a small town place and we cranked out food with courtesy, efficiency and to ordered. This one in a small town is the worse one yet. Dined in a couple of time and yet to fail with trashed over filled, flies following customers as they get their food, ketchup left on the walls, incorrect orders every time and most importantly lack of quality service.

    If you are in the need for cold fries, please stop here. The service is horrible. They never get your orders correct and most of the time the ice cream machine doesn't work period.
